Inter Milan coach Mancini is being linked with a football director's post at City, with Sampdoria boss Mihajlovic joining as head coach.
Corradi told TMW: "City has great economic power, nothing would be impossible for them. You have to see now if Mancini would really want to take off the tracksuit and step into the shoes of being a director.
"The two are great friends, they have built a good relationship. It could be an interesting idea. And I repeat, with City, everything is possible.
"The important thing is to create the right environment, a climate suitable for victory. And with Mancini and Mihajlovic, who know each other and have similar ideas, they (City) could reach a turning point."
